PSYCHOTHERAPY

Dr. Hamilton employs a wide range of therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of individuals coping with many psychological challenges. Psychodynamic (talk) therapy is the basic mode she begins with  to encourage the development of a relationship between therapist and client.  Together, they determine the concerns and issues the client would like to work on.  Clients are encouraged to establish goals, bring concerns to sessions, and learn a myriad of methods to cope and manage.
